The fight ain't made after lomechenko been calling for mikey for a year now, They deleted tweets of calling mikey out, bob arum talks bad of Mikey Garcia, and if Robert Garcia is to be believed he says Egis Klimas has told him personally they dont want that fight and Robert And Egis Klimas are buisness partners so its not like Robert is a unreliable source.

He was gonna face cotto but wisely ruled against it, 3 weight class hop is too much + GBP wanted fight extension etc.

Fight extension is the reason he left TOP RANK for.

I like Lomachenko Think he is a very talented fight but he hasnt beat anyone of note without a * attached to.
Mikey confirmed that the Linares fight came with no strings attached and no contracts. I think Linares just desperately wants that fight. That wasn't a change of the offer the original offer came like that since Mikey made it clear with Cotto he's not doing no contracts.

The Cotto fight made no sense to make but I do feel Mikey called him out with no intention to fight just for some publicity. I feel Mikey calls dudes out with no intention to fight.

Until he fights some different styles of opponents I'm sticking to my theory he's facing plodding, slow footed come forward fighters only.

I kinda agree with Lomachenko on both fighters. Neither Mikey or Golovkin has a vast variety of punches. Mikey has better timing than Golovkin and leverage his power punches a little better. Golovkin is better at placing his punches and using different angles. He wasn't that good against Canelo for some reason.

I've said it before, it's going to be hard for anyone to beat Lomachenko for a long time. I think Salido's win was legitimate but I doubt Lomachenko will ever fight another fighter with the uncertainty he had against him. He looked like he wasn't sure what he wanted to do. I don't think his skills improved much since Salido (he was already a highly skilled fighter) but his confidence sky rocketed since then.

I'm a fan of his but it's a 12 round fight, so there's no point in saying that. You have 12 rounds to adjust and win, simple as that. Anyway, having a good fight and losing to Salido in your second fight is still great but it's a loss at the end of the day.

What about is he comes up against another fighter that can do what Salido did, make it ugly but maybe at a higher level than Salido?

As it stands, Loma showed limitations against that style because he couldn't find adjustments quick enough and take over the fight.
You are correct, its like saying if the fight would've been only an 8 round fight, loma would have lost even worse.

You realize Maxi is Spoon's brother. He says Lil'G beat Nelo...and there was only one judge not three for an average...

Ask Spoon if Pac beat Floyd? Doesn't matter if Floyd has the Win technically on record. Maxi don't like how Nelo sparked up Golovkin forever in the relics of boxing history.

If that fight was 1 or 2 more rounds Salido wouldnt be standing up anymore
So, he lost because he hit his limit and didn't adjust well enough, early enough, to what was in front of him. Accept that loss like a man and realize that because a fighter you like lost doesn't mean he really won in a potential world with more rounds. Vitali hit his limit with Lennox by having his face ripped apart. That isn't a win in another world where they let you fight with your face ripped off where he really would've won because he's your hero. That's just a loss. This is how it works. If you are in a position where you're arguing that anyone doesn't have limits, you should probably put the comic books away.

Some person from Loma camp was telling Egis said Mikey team was eager to make Loma/Mikey fight after Marriaga, but after Rigondeaux they don't want to pick up the phone and don't answer at all. There's no point in bringing up what other people "allegedly" said, discussing rumours and gossips like a bunch of females. The fight has to happen, point, blank, period

These boxing fans always claim that Golovkin was ducking Canelo, or Canelo was ducking Golovkin, Rigondeaux was ducking Lomachenko or Loma was ducking Rigo, Ward ducking Kovalev or Pacquaio and Mayweather ducking each other and when these fights gets made they end up looking like suckers after that

When Mikey/Lomachenko will get made these NSB ******s who screaming they're ducking each other will have to apologize again
