Hype and bull****. Lol. Golovkin just beat Canelo and Jacobs. The Jacobs fight was closer than the Canelo fight though. But in both cases it was a 35+ yo Golovkin against prime fighters.

I think they do they just haven't been in the same division and have basically had fights scheduled two divisions apart for the last 9 months.

Mikey is the one with a pre-made list of "reasons" aka excuses why the fight can't happen. There's a reason Mikey's own trainer said the best fighter in the world pound for pound is Lomachenko. You don't think he and Mikey have spoken about that? Hence the move and possible stay at 140.

So what they give lomachenko props, Robert Garcia has never said lomachenko is a THE p4p fighter lol he probably has said lomachenko IS a p4p talent and theirs a big difference. hell Robert Garcia has critized lomachenko for doing what Mikey has years later and getting credit for it when mikey didnt, critize lomachenko for always fighting inferior competition, critizes lomachenko for taking looking down for challenges instead of up.

He was starting to take over and almost stopped salido in the 12th. He did find an answer for Salido's dirty brawling style... it just took him too long so he had already lost more rounds.

If that fight was 1 or 2 more rounds Salido wouldnt be standing up anymore

I'm a fan of his but it's a 12 round fight, so there's no point in saying that. You have 12 rounds to adjust and win, simple as that. Anyway, having a good fight and losing to Salido in your second fight is still great but it's a loss at the end of the day.

What about is he comes up against another fighter that can do what Salido did, make it ugly but maybe at a higher level than Salido?

As it stands, Loma showed limitations against that style because he couldn't find adjustments quick enough and take over the fight.

He is a world class elite talent. He will be remembered in history for sure. Never in the history of the sport a MW made so many champions behave like pu$$y to avoid a fight.
