Floyd is trying to create a star, and you can hear in his voice, that he has mad love for Tank, but he also knows that this **** isn't as easy as he thought it would be! For years, Floyd has been trying to pry Tank away from B-More! Tank hasn't been ready to make that move to Vegas FULL-TIME! I see the potential for Tank, but we've seen this movie before! This is the problem today and why boxing took a nose dive in years past, everyone thinks their Floyd Mayweather and want to take easy fights to preserve their 0 but it makes for less fan interest and it hurts boxing. You have Pbc fighters who act like free agents even though theyre really controlled by Al Haymon. Theyre forgetting one crucial part of the Mayweather blueprint which was fighting top opponents while in the beginning with Top Rank. Once he won the big fights he branched off on his own, but these guys think they can have easy fights every time and somehow their popularity will skyrocket but it doesnt work that way
