Yes, Pauli got 2 rounds from me and you ould give him maby 3 but he was dropped in the second and was busted up beautifully.

Honestly, I gave Pauli 2 and you could argue 3 rounds IMHO. Cotto was too strong, even tho Pauli was faster he was getting outboxed at times by Cotto. Pauli was too feather fisted to caus Cotto problems. Pauli was dropped in the second, nose bleeding, mouth bleeding, and Jaw swollen, you can't say Pauli wasn't dominated when he looks the way he does. Good fight, Pauli fought his heart out but was not the better man plane and simple.

Pauli could continue and have a good career if he doesn't move up but against top guy I think he loses b/c of his feather fists, they hold him back more than anything.

Dude, these nutthugging Cotto fans got it twisted. I don't give a **** about either fighter, but the fight was competetive. Paulie was cut in the first 30 secs, then he was knocked down in the second but wasn't really hurt. In the middle rounds Paulie outboxed Cotto, but Cotto landed the heavier shots through the fight and that was the difference. Cotto came on strong in the 11th and 12th rounds and pulled away. It was a close fight up until the 11th round. That's the truth! Put it this way, Cotto didn't get him outta there did he? Yeah the kid talked a little ****, but it's called MARKETING. Cotto gets destroyed by any other grade 140 or 147 pounder. Paulie really is feather fisted.

Basically Paulie smothered/held cotto alot in the rounds he won,really didnt let cotto get off.Maybe like 2-3 rounds.No more than 4,i think giving pualie more than 4 is pretty questionable,I was surprised the scores were kinda close.He timed cotto with the jab when ever cotto took a step back in those rounds,and then held again when close.I think Paulie's tough,he took alot of punishment.I dont know if cotto hurt his hand or not,if he did,MAYBE he would have stopped Paulie in the 11th or 12th if he hadnt.
