Suanders is not elite in any way shape or form, tonight reinforced that he can only beat 1 dimensional nobodies like lemule & he still didn't really do much of anything.

I really thought Lemieux would win. Guess BJS was just too lazy to take his past fights seriously

It's kind of funny how many people voted for Saunders by decision after the fight ended. Before the fight it was Lemieux by KO by an overwhelming margin.

                  wasn't that insane ?

guess who's fans were saying that ?

Oh well. You're 100% right. He did indeed look inept. The biggest thing I guess was not being able to cut off the ring. That would have forced much more infighting, which he needed imho.
David has been able to catch other fighters that used movement, like the French guy with the hard to say name. But not many fighters have the level of adept movement that Saunders showed tonight. Much of that is probably due to Lemieux being inept, but Canelo will probably never fight him now, and I'm not sure if Golovkin would even be able to catch him effectively. Even though BJS was able to hit David at will, and probably could have stopped him if wanted to, his style is really not conducive to exciting fights. Lemieux made BJS look almost as skillful at using movement for defense as Lomachenko looks using movement for offense.
