Horn is a clown but damn he sells way more tickets than Crawford, the American fans are a disgrace, all they do is complain and cry on forums instead of really supporting their fighters. Anyway Crawford isn't really a star and doesnt have charisma, talent alone doesnt sell tickets.

That's not fair. Mexican-Americans are Americans and they really pack arenas, buy tickets and PPV's.

Crawford is actually one of the few African or Caucasian Americans that sells. He sells out his hometown and his fans travel. I was surprised how many actually came out to see him in Vegas last year and then he did well at MSG selling out the Theater and then a good gate at The Garden.

I feel you though on the crybabies. There's a lot of them here that cry about who's fighting who and critique and who deserves what and doesn't deserve what but don't pay to see them live.

Crawford sells very well in Omaha actually. And his tv ratings have been good as well.

As far as Americans go he is one of the few draws we have in the sport right now.

Loonergan is an ignorant boofhead, he's not a boxing guy, hes a radio dj and ex rugby player (not a particularly good one)
Crawford is classy in and out of the ring , I guess subtlety is not Deanos strong point, he is definitely good to listen to, also his clowning of McGregors loosy goosy thing was hilarious

Mundine is a way better option as he's so old and fragile but what weight? If Horn goes up I don't know if he will ever get back to 147

crawford is just not marketable right now unless he changes. that's why i said arum is prolly working behind the scene to build up a guy like horn instead.

crawford at this moment still have a hood mentality. the "**** it" mentality. arum cant really promote someone like this.

i mean during the loma vs rigo weigh in, crawford was there in sweats and a beanie LOL. you would think he'll try to look a little more presentable being that he's arum's future #1 guy.

He packs 13,000 in the CenturyLink Center every time he fights there. His boxing ability is what I care about, he puts in his work where it counts. That quiet confidence is much better than an arrogant punk who gets his ass handed to him the first time he faces a legit threat.
