When it is Ward only selling out Oakland, Ward isn't a draw. When Wilder only sells out in Birmingham he doesn't deserve a big piece of the purse. When it is Crawford who can't sell out anywhere but Omaha, it is an excuse for others to avoid a loss.

I'm sorry, but if me- or anyone else commenting here- could make $2 million in a fight where I (you) would probably win, or get paid half that for a sure loss, everyone here knows what they would do. If Arum can't offer Horn more money to fight Crawford instead of Mundine, then either A) Arum is turning TR into Caribe promotions or B) Crawford can't sell anything at all. Actually it is probably a mix of the two.

I don't like Crawford. I don't like him because he signed with a guy he knows won't let him fight the best. It doesn't matter if Crawford wants to fight guys like Thurman, Garcia, Spence, and Porter or even Vargas, Alexander, Peterson because he signed with TR knowing full-well those guys are off limits. Still, I have to admit he is a damn good fighter. But he is like Ward, he is one of the best, but he will never get the money someone with his talent deserves. But with Bud, it is his fault. When you sign with someone who only has you fight in one city and your biggest fights are against guys like Postol you aren't going to be a draw. And who wants to fight a tougher opponent for less money???
