they pay to see his opponent and they want to see floyd lose, regardless, they're still paying for it. one thing about floyd IS he knows how to pick and choose his opponents.
floyds people did SOMETHING right with his career....ur right though...not a very exciting style post gatti fight(basically his entire PPV career)...smaller division......and yet he still made more money than any other fighter in history

bob aint afraid to lose money he paid for the rest of his life & his family too....Floyd left because he said bob wasn't promoting him....he was only promoting certain fighters so he bought out his contract, beat everyone & got paid.
bob is just dumb with this one. he let a guy like mayweather get away citing that he's not worth what he thinks he is (i think mayweather wanted 8 million at the time) it's just a poor move on arums part. Now a boxer in mayweather is worth triple the amount of not only arum but top rank as a whole. a arum thats been making millions since the 70's may i add. it was just a poor move on arums part. just didn't see the money making ability in mayweather. it's really insane when u look at it.

Mayweather learned his trade well and made a ton of money. Say what you will but he is the smartest to ever lace em up. Who else can we say made that kind of money while taking little damage. As far as the greatest that is open to opinion but Floyd is by far the smartest, self promoter and fantastic skill.
