Maybe cause Lipnets has 13 pro fights and hasn't fought anybody ranked in the top 50?

Or maybe people need to realize that 140 is real weak right now.And I think THE RING rating are better but trans are good enough.But Lip does not deserve that high of rating when he fought ONE guy who was in top 15-20 and did not look that good.Even as weak as 140 is right now he don't belong at #2.Postal just one of to of head who should be rated higher.

He went on from there to beat all the top guys at lightweight, Junior Welter(D.Garcia avoided Postol), and now plans to do the same at Welterweight. What the **** has Mikey Garcia ever done in his career? All Garcia is known for is wasting two years of his prime ducking Gamboa, pretending to still fight at 135 to avoid a fight with Crawford, and cherry picking a washed up Adrien Broner that no one out of pity would ever consider matching up against Crawford.
