The official document that the Fury's agreed to say it's an admission.

"The Respondents have waived their rights to a hearing on the charges, accepted the findings
at paragraphs 1.1 and 1.2 above (which amounts to an admission
    for the purposes of UK
ADR Article 7.7.4), and acceded to the consequences set out at paragraphs 2 and 3, above.
Subject only to paragraph 4.3, below, each of the Parties hereby waives its/his rights to

That's it. People on the level know the score. More and more these days, the BoxingScene community is made up of these kinda posters. They need spoonfeeding everything. The scary thing is, Robbie Barrett thinks he's smart and witty. He has us all out-thought at every step. In his own little pea brain at least.

You're trying to argue that an admission isn't an admission. You say i have a pea brain?

They admitted this much themselves when they said there were "inherent risks with the dispute resolution process". Sort of like a High Court Judge or the Crown Prosecution Service telling defendants, "Look, we'll drop the case because our prosecutors aren't reliable and the evidence is flimsy at best". They robbed two years of his life and if Fury refused and demanded a hearing, they would have retreated back into their offices like they've done for 2 years doing absolutely ****all and stalled for another year. Fury was wise to just move on.

Losers like Robbie Barrett can cry all they want, the fact remains that Tyson Fury is an innocent man who was stitched up by the authorities. Fury accepted the compromise because he just wants to get back in the ring, not having to spend another year of his prime stuck in court.

These losers don't understand that Fury is a complex character who needs motivation & a clear goal. The more time Fury spends in court, the less inclined he is to train and keep fit.

I am sure now every measure will be taken to make it impossible for Tyson to be framed again. It is a shame that he lost two prime years just for telling the truth.

Anthony Joshua is clearly on PEDs. It is not even debatable. CLEARLY. Anyone who would say otherwise is a brainwashed sycophant. To falsely accuse Tyson Fury, and drag his name through the mud? When AJ is strolling about looking like a bodybuilder? People need to wake up.

They could still go after Tyson's Lineal status. Don't be surprised if they do. Providing he can get back to 70% of his best, he'll be back at the top regardless.

              Let the good times roll.
He should sue UKAD and then the truth will come out, theres something fishy about notifying of a "failed test" after a year.

Add the positive test, dramatic change in physique before and after, refusal to take another test, mental instability, and taking this deal and apply Occam's razor: "other things being equal, simpler explanations are generally better than more complex ones".

It's not difficult to conclude that he was guilty but the testing organisation have made sufficient errors that they're worried that they would lose a well fought legal challenge. The consequences for such a loss are so great that they prefer to settle and the result is the cluster**** of a statement issued yesterday.

As a boxing fan on a shallow level I'm happy to see Fury back in the ring. He adds excitement to the division, is undoubtedly skilled and in the event he could get back to a credible level of fitness it would be good to see him challenging Joshua et al for supremacy.

As a wider sports fan opposed to PEDS which I consider to be cheating, I'm disappointed. This decision undermines the credibility of the UK testing process and when young athletes are offered PEDS in future some of them will think that if they are caught and put up the sort of legal defence / smokescreen that Fury has that they can get away with it.

In other words, in the short term boxing won yesterday, a charismatic fighter was cleared to resume his career. In the longer term boxing as a sport lost a little more credibility and even worse, the anti PEDS fight in sport as a whole has been damaged. There should be resignations at the UK anti doping agency and there needs to be a public enquiry into the management of the case.

Fury should consider himself a very lucky man to be allowed anywhere near a ring and if I were an opponent of his I'd feel that I'd been cheated both by him and the system that's failed to hold him to account.

Please just move on, he was guilty as phuck. Lets all move on since he has "Serve his two years ban now" even though it was ban under the mental health issues that his team claimed.

He accepted the deal on the nandrolone charge in return for UKAD not charging him with refusing a test, which could have got him a 4 year ban.

I think UKAD arguably come out of it even worse.

The test didn't come to light over a year after. So they had been allowing a fighter to continue fighting despite a failed test... Why? and if that's the case, how many other UK fighters are still fighting with failed tests? Are they only confirming dirty tests when it suits them?

You have to say, it's a bit odd how there was no talk of failed tests, he and Hughie were both still fighting and then Fury becomes champ, runs his mouth and angers people you're not supposed to and then suddenly an old apparent failed test turns up over a year later?

Even if Fury is guilty, there's still a lot of issues on UKAD's side here i think. I think they're the ones that need investigating.
