No they aren't. Hitting behind the head is ALWAYS a foul. This is really embarrassing for you.

When have you ever seen a ref allow a fighter to hit someone when they turn their back?

At least in the several hundreds of times. Pretty much every time I've seen a fighter turn their back the ref either scolds/penalizes them or allows their opponent to continue attacking. You are not going to be penalized for hitting in the back of the head if your opponent is deliberately using that as an illegal defense.

Ducking below the waist is a lesser known rule because few fighters really do it with any regularity. I remember mike tyson facing criticism for it.

No. You're never SUPPOSED TO punch the back of the head. It's a health concern. Look up Prichard Colon if you don't understand.

Loma got gritty. He'll do it again and you guys will say, "Damn, Redd was right."
He's a rugged, gritty fighter now. This isn't a bad thing unless you guys aren't willing to be honest about it. I think it's awesome. I like it a lot more than his old dancey, feather fisted style. That reflected his amateur roots. He's a pro now and he's fighting like one.

This is all gritty ("dirty" as you guys like to call it) stuff. Before you excuse him and say it was just in response to Rigo, this was all rehearsed. You saw him discussing it with the ref. He planned to get gritty. And, that's ok. I like it. He's showing some balls. Had he shown this in the Salido fight he wouldn't have lost.

Accept it guys. It's part of the game. And, it's part of Loma's game now.
          More power to him.
Wtf is wrong with you? Why does everything with you have to come back to racial bias. You're basically Larry but not as busy.

Loma did what he did because of Rigo starting to grab, hold and duck below the waist. Loma did not initiate it, he simply triedt o make a fight, a complete opposite of Ward.

          What an idiot.

This a troll thread, it has to be. If you believe that lomachenk is a dirty fighter you probably don't watch much boxing.

He was being locked at the arms by rigo the ENTIRE fight. Rigo appeared more dirty in this fight. And the "rabbit punching" was due to the fact rigo, like your little fanboy boyfriend ward, likes to bend his head down and swivel to avoid punches. I wish more boxers would take note on how to fight guys like rigo, ward, and mayweather. Lomachenko mastered it

There was absolutely nothing "dirty" about what lomachenko did. See kovalev ward 2.

What a sad and deceptive way to discredit a great boxer

This is pro BOXING. If I was interested in sanitary combat I'd watch the amateurs. I'm glad Loma has shaken off that amateur system mentality. He fought kids for way too long. He's a pro now and he's fighting for the fans. I think he's really grown into the role.

If he fights Garcia, he's going to have to tap into that mean streak and get rough because Mikey is a big, strong dude that knows the science.
Kovalev tried to bully Ward with rabbit punching that's why he got nailed to the balls. I'd never recommend getting dirty with Ward, that guy will not take **** from no one.

Also agree about Loma, it's good to see he's learning how to fight like a pro now, his clean fighting cost him vs Salido, this is the hurt game!

low blows?? come on man. you are s serious poster, why don't you just start a thread defending ward directly instead of trying this?

rigo was bending super low dude. loma wasn't the one forcing him down, rigo does that all the time.

Indeed. ^This guy knows what's up.

It is unfortunate for me to discover that I am now racist because I like Loma's gritty side but if the braintrust of NSB has declared it, it must be so...

Love the wailing and gnashing of teeth from the usual trash posters. Keep em coming boys. I like Loma and there's not a damn thing you can do about it.

Question though, if he was so far above Rigo, how did Rigo force him to do anything? Including fighting dirty? Loma is a man now. If you don't like it, go find another boxer to worship.

What's the difference between the Moises Flores No Contest rationale and outcome vs this picture? Rigo and Moises were engaged... were Rigo and Loma when the bell rung?

You're confusing a couple things. When I said he forced him down, I'm talking about when he physically pushed his bodyweight on the back of Rigo's neck. Kovalev does that too.

Hitting a guy that ducks low, nobody seems to understand how that works. The uppercut is a punch you can throw to a fighter who does that, as are both hooks (in fact, hooks are wicked in that application). Loma isn't ****** enough to not know that or to be "forced to" punch him in the back of the head.

Loma did that to PUNISH him. He knew it was dirty and he was able to get away with it because Rigo was doing something dirty too in going below the belt. If you guys watch boxing you undoubtedly must know that refs traditionally reprimand both fighters in this scenario. One for hitting the back of the head, one for dipping below the waist.

The only reason I bothered to go into it at length w/ you is that you're a decent poster, the others are just trolls who cry and lie no matter what I say.
