I think next season... Another example of my "light in the loafers" city council at work. Rainbows are being painted on walls & sidewalks, safe spaces being created in schools, gender neutral washrooms popping up everywhere & I almost forgot about the Eskimos changing their name... Oh well I guess my city is changing with the times...Last edited by joe strong; 12-19-2017, 02:42 PM.Comment

Ever hear of an Edmonton cop who used to box there back in the late 90's early millennium? My friend fought him twice. He suffered a partial tear to his Achilles tendon in the first fight and being the suborn tough guy he stood there and fought off of one foot and took a horrible beating. About a year later he had a rematch and the cop broke his hand on my friends head and who also refused to quit while my friend took out his revenge. I don't know the name of the cop but he was well known in Edmonton.I'm so pissed off as my city is run by politically correct sissies who need to f**k off. It is a shame Tim Hague died but why ban all combat sports? So are they going to ban NHL hockey if some player dies in a fight or gets cut by a skate? Last night's card could be it. There was a big card planned for March but now who knows if it will happen? Edmonton use to be the city of champions now it's the city of sissies who need a safe space. Edmonton has become a joke. It is a year ban...

I can't think of who he would be. Ken Lakusta or Scotty Olson are 2 of the bigger ones but i don't think either was a cop. Willie DeWitt is a judge & lawyer. What is your friends name?Ever hear of an Edmonton cop who used to box there back in the late 90's early millennium? My friend fought him twice. Well look at the bright side you can still watch old footage of ...Good thinking! I really don't know if they can stop them there. Tye Fields held a few fights there but I don't think they have that old dome venue that the fights & concerts were held at anymore. I know they have a new concert hall there but I'm not sure it is suitable for combat sports. I will look into it. That casino is on the Enoch reserve so I have no idea if the commission is in charge of sanctioning fights out there or not...
"Iron " Mike Sharpe ....... Canadas greatest athlete .
