Comments Thread For: Bob Arum Very Open To Do Talent "Trades" With Showtime

Top Rank's CEO Bob Arum has made it no secret that he's no fan of the current leadership at HBO Sports, but he's more than willing to have a working relationship with Showtime and their parent company, CBS. Earlier this year, Arum's company parted ways with HBO and signed an exclusive multi-year agreement with ESPN. However, there are big fights to be made with fighters who may be contracted elsewhere.

I have been saying that Arum will need to stop his in-house nonsense if he is going to keep Bud. Bud is a dog and he won't be satisfied only fighting Top Rank fighters. It is in everyone's best interest if they set aside their political problems and get the best in the ring against each other...

I believe those fights were mentioned as examples. It could be something like Ramirez vs. Khan on Showtime or maybe Andy Ruiz vs. Luis Ortiz on ESPN.

As opposed to what? Doing Ortiz against the club fighter he's facing tomorrow and Khan facing some welterweight ranked at 400 in the world for his comeback fight.
