Obviously that's just a feeling I get from this and I do hope that this is just part of his negotiations (as i'd mentioned in my first post) thus i'm certainly not calling this a 'duck' as is the commonplace trend around here.
Like I said now is not the time to make the fight so it really doesn't matter right now, and he can sound as hard core about his demands as he wants with really no repercussions.

So I would not say they are negotiating yet, I mean they are in the sense they are staking out positions before real negotiating starts but until the fight is meant to be next real negotiating can't occur. So if they aren't really discussing making the fight next it is all posturing from both sides that means little in the end.

When it comes time to make the fight go down, that is an entirely different prospect, plus the difference in what gets said publicly and what gets said behind closed door. So if things are hinging on take it or leave it 50/50 at that point that would be a real issue, not right now.

All these AJ fans crack me up though. The guy won a fight against and old man and damn near lost it. Anthony Joshua can make a fine living fighting bums in the UK but he will never be considered great if he does that. Plus I feel like he is more likely to lose before Wilder. AJ does not strike fear into his opponets. Wilder does even if his skills are lacking. He has at least dared to be great by signing on the dotted line against the most dangerous heavyweights in the division even though they didn't work out. Aj? Not so much.
Ridiculous post! Wilder doesn't deserve more than Floyd got against De La Hoya which was 33%. HOWEVER, I think AJ would go to 35% just to get it done.

What makes Wilder look so pathetic is he's relentlessly called AJ out, crying on instagram saying I just want to prove I'm the best, I want a legacy fight.

And then he says 50/50 or no fight. IF he wanted the fight so bad he'd take the 70/30 (probably gives him $15m, more than he's earnt in all of his other fights combined) and then if he wins he gets 70/30 in his favour in the rematch.

Instead he's turned himself into the laughing stock of boxing. You can't call someone out and then demand ridiculous terms.

Just the usual smoke and mirrors from Wilder . And hes doing it bc a potential Joshua / Parker fight is heavily in talks now so its the only way to try and distract the fans trying to pretend hes doing anything actually relevant to that of Joshua . Hes literally been riding on Joshuas name since Joshua signed to fight Martin before he was even a champion ......think about that . SMH

Man, Wilder can win this fight, but he's delusional if he thinks he deserves a 50% split vs AJ. Maybe if had the WBO title as well, he could try and save face by saying the titles themselves are split 50-50.

But AJ is the draw here, unfortunately the fight is probably not happening anytime soon.

Biggest fight in the UK and in the Heavy Weight division. Definitely not the biggest fight in the world. America has Spence, Thurman and Crawford.

So no fights going to happen then?

When it comes to the crunch, Wilder will do anything to dodge a real fight. This is his way of doing just that. No way he's anywhere near to deserving half the money.

Wilder groupies will obviously believe he's worth the money, but at the end of the day, they are just as deluded as Wilder is.
