There is no proof that he he cheated against Cotto but if he loaded for Mosley.....
Exactly why use the plaster on Mosley & not on the undefeated hard hitting opponent on a BIG MONEY FIGHT & BIG STAGE....

First of all, fighters hands are wrapped & tapped up so good that at times it feels so hard. So you won't be able to feel the plaster, also it hardens in 15-20 mins.

Resto wAs discovered after the final bell & everyone was shaking hands.
As a former fighter & now trainer, whenever your fighter tells you that he's feeling his opponents punches, that's when you should be alarmed.

The plates help me, but don't hurt you. Plaster helps me, hurt you.

because why wasnt the other opponents prior to cotto look like how cotto did when that fight was over?
I imagined they did it when it counted, meaning fights that would land you the money fights, also remember that first fight was in Vegas, lord knows if some of those officials were in on it. The trainer knew what venues he can get away with it.

that means the trainer AND the commissioner are present. and what the hell is the difference who signs them? in fact with 2 people overseeing the wraps how in gods name can plaster not be seen?

No, Margo used plaster wraps, while Resto gloves the padding was removed by Panama Lewis, so that Collins would feel Restos tapped handwraps that are akin to a little cast.

The plaster was concealed in between & under the wraps. This is not about Wilder it's about your lover Margocheato...

I kept ripping tendons and breaking my hands and had to stop

You are correct! Cottos handlers failed him, they were not present for the wrapping of the hands, they went in when the hands were already wrap. Seems like that's something Capetillo was accustomed to doing, but Naz didn't fall for that.
