If Povetkin & Ortiz are cheating, of course they should be banned. Povetkin is no longer banned and $3.5 million is sitting in escrow for the Wilder fight. Wilder thought he was entitled to that money without fighting because of Povetkin's failed test. He's not. He needs to fight for it. If Povetkin passes his drug screening, that's the money fight for both men and great for the fans.

Alright, fair assessment.
But just from the point of hearn, why should he lie about it?

If he is as smart as he believes he is, he should know that one possible course of action is for team wilder to call bull**** and then he is in need to proof it.

So as long as wilder ist not telling their side of the story, I am going to side with his version of the story.

As long as their is no movement by team wilder denouncing (right term?) Hearns claims, I have no reason to not believe Hearn.

It's not like he has a proven record of lying like for example arum.

I'm not pushing for anything career-threatening. In fact, I want these fights with Wilder to see what he's really made of. They need to at least pass the drug test, though. Suspension is a better word to use. If you had read my earlier posts, you would have seen that I said the fighters didn't get banned, so they should be able to fight Wilder.
