Ortiz is a old man who needs blood pressure meds, he's looked awful in his last 3 fights and is coming off a long lay off.. last time he fought was 2016! Its 2018 round the corner.
yea he was mando so what? If he didnt want the fight all he had to do was drop the belt and make some excuse..... but that didnt happen...he trained for the fight it was about to happen until povetkin failed his ped test... his fault not wilder's.

and ortiz is a top rated heavyweight...... he also signed to fight him and then ortiz failed his ped tests as well

Not only has Wilder priced himself out of the AJ fight by wanting 50% and not willing to budge on that percentage.. but Wilder has been going around doing multiple interviews saying he'll fight Whyte if AJ is on the contact to fight next and he's been claiming that Hearn is protecting AJ by keeping him off the contract and away from Wilder.

Well Eddie Hearn confirmed today that he called Wilder's bluff and offered Wilder a career highest 4mil to fight Whyte and said he is also willing to put AJ on the contract so the winner fights AJ in a unification later in 2018!

But Wilder and his team want nothing to do Whyte and have refused the offer and they will most likely fight Breazeale next!

Hearn confirmed they plan to fight Parker next and go into negotiations with Wilder holding 4 belts which will force Wilder to be more reasonable with regards to his percentage.
As if Hearn's agenda is just to tell the truth. Of course not. He's defending his fighter.

Whyte is a club-level fighter. His last 2 fights have been painful to watch. No one who has seen Whyte fight wants to see him fight Wilder.

Wilder has also been quiet as a church mouse lately. Hearn must have put him in his place lol.

Hearn is not hard to deal with at all. Hes one of the easiest promoters to make fights with and he always makes fights happen and is reasonable. Wilder is all talk like most thought, thats just the truth. Hes all bark and no bite the way hes been his entire career.

wheres the offer from hearn? hearn put any offer out there publicly? he send wilders people an offer?

              DIDNT THINK SO

but lemme guess "wilder want 50/50 man...he nuts..he killin the fight" right?!?! rightt........

till hearn sends an offer there is nothing to discuss...isnt he the a-side? hearn and AJ....so make an offer...till then anything hearn says is nonsense and rubbish

also ortiz is still suspended technically by wba and everyone here was criticizing wbc for lifting that suspension and actually ranking him
Povetkin is no longer banned and is still in the hunt for Wilder.

Hasn't is been substantiated that the Ortiz thing was about blood pressure medicine not reported on the form? If that's true, why should he be banned? There were no high levels of testosterone in his sample, neither were there any of the anabolic steroids that are on the banned list.

Maybe you're a fan of Wilder, but mark my words; his days as champ are numbered.

and blood pressure meds are used as masking agents... we all have talked about that before..... again he is STILL suspended by the WBA because its his SECOND failed test....

                  those are the facts...

and when the WBC lifted the suspension we were all shitting on that terrible decision on that thread.

all of a sudden its ok that ortiz isnt suspended anymore by the WBC
