Hearn knows Joshua is going to be around for a while and can sell out stadiums for the next probably 10 years. It definitely seems like he's protecting his confidence letting him fight in his back yard early on. Makes sense. The Klitschko's fought in the states a good amount before taking the bigger money fights near final 5 years of their careers (and even then mixing a fight here and there in the states). Hearn knows the kid only has 20 fights, but he's still the WORLD champ, so you've got to get him out there some and get some exposure. People in the US love Joshua, but if he doesn't come over soon, they'll get over it.
