James Toney is undoutbtedly a great boxer. However, his idea that boxers like Anthony Joshua have to box in USA is totally incorrect. USA isn't the be end and all end of boxing. The sport of boxing does exist in other countries you know. On what basis does Anthony Joshua have to box in USA? Why is it a requirement? An answer to this question would be appropriate.
