Honestly, I barely paid attention to the fight. I knew Pacquaio was washed up and didn't have the energy, style and hunger anymore and would be gun shy (they always are after KO's like the one he received). I watched with interest early, but then spent as much time eating taco's (had a taco guy at the fight party) and talking during the fight. I felt Pac did nothing, Mayweather did nothing. Floyd just looked better doing nothing and wanted nothing to happen so felt he edged it on ring generalship.

I understand why the "event" happened, but it was very inconsequential. It's not a great win it's not a bad loss. It was a nothing fight that nothing to or for either guys legacy, but it padded their bank accounts.

Not only did Floyd duck this guy for years, he and his pops launched a crusade to accuse him of juicing with no hard evidence.

little forum tip: if you want Floyd's online groupies to menstruate, say something nice about PAC

or if you want them to disrespect any legends in the past, make a thread asking how Floyd would do against them

i'm a Ray Leonard hater myself and whenever i want these turds to make fun of Ray, i make a Ray vs Floyd thread

        works like a charm

Always funny. I love it when Larry, for example posts threads like 'Why is Joshua getting credit for Klit but Floyd didn't for___" or "Cotto's prime?" specifically looking for people to kiss Floyd's ass and talk up wins. He claimed Wlad was off for 2 years (when in fact it was 16 months), but that Mosley was off for less than Barrera's
6 months (between Juarez II and Marquez) when in fact Mosley was off for 15 months prior to Floyd. All in an argument that Mosley was in his prime for Floyd so that's the best win of the modern era or something.

Like Chocolatito getting respect and praise they got all butthurt and hated his ass for it. Like a 112 pounder is a threat to their god.

They really have given up on the sport and have gone full in on Floyd or die. Not one other fighter is allowed to be praised.

They are gonna hate this Thai guy, Moonsri on friday when he gets to 49-0.

and now I have heard it all, getting knocked out is a reason not to get shoulder surgery.

he has a point. y'all praise fighters for beating lesser guys than the hall of fame guys Floyd beat.

the evidence is no knockouts since the day he was accused of juicing.

that's like Barry bonds never hitting another homerun after someone accused him of juicing.

you don't go from being a knockout machine against hall of famers to not being able to knock out lower level guys.

especially guys like Rios and Algeiri. pacquiao hit them whenever he wanted to and they still went 12.

but like you said, no evidence. he never failed a drug test. so technically he's clean

Point is Mosley wasn't in his prime in 2010 coming off 15 months inactivity aged 38.

None of the great fighters Floyd ever beat where in their primes or near the top of their game. Greats - Marquez and Pacquaio not prime or top of their game. Near greats Oscar and Nosley, years past their bests and not on great form also both 12 months or more rusty. Yet, any other fighter that beats somebody with around 10-11 months rusty doesn't count.
