That’s exactly when I do yard work.....I’m letting him live and as a boxing fanatic he has brought me much to look forward to when he fights and he has never let me down. I’m just curious since he made so much fuss about his shoulder why didn’t he seek treatment before. How great could he have been if he did treat it back in 2008 when the injury first occurred?

I've had a severely torn rotator cuff before. I was doing pullups and decided to hang pull with one arm. It hurt, didn't think much of it that night as I went out to drink with friends. Maybe the alcohol numbed the feeling of pain, but foook the next day and week it was uttter pain I had to go get it checked and sure enough I had torn it. I let the scar heal itself but that took 4 months.

How Pac could perform with a severely torn rotator consistently and not have the corner complain about it or tend to his shoulder... Pac didn't show pain... Arum said Pac had hurt that shoulder a week or two before the fight. So how was Pac doing mitt work for the press or hitting the heavy bag?

      This is common sense man...

In the end, maybe in 30 years time, when people will roll their eyes to what's obvious, that generation will feel sad for those who fell for it in 2015

def the best fighter of the era. even with robberies against bradley, floyd, and horn. the shoulder was overplayed but he still got the win he just didnt mean that high standards of his norm while floyd did meet the low standards of his norm. oh well we got the footage. pac landed all the clean punches to floyds lil grazing taps. we know who got the better of who even though it was 5 years too late and both were crap

Of course he's been a great fighter. His years as a great, prime fighter 2003-2012 were excellent. I was never a fan (actually kind of a hater) but his fights usually grabbed my eye (until 2010 then I didn't care unless he was facing Marquez). He had a great blend of speed, power, athleticism and improved his technical skills a lot after becoming a champion. His career post Marquez I barely acknowledge. You don't recover from KO's like that, especially on top of so many hard fights, fighting so far from your natural weight class and juggling another full-time career. He looked crap (by his standards) every time out after that one.

It says a lot about the man that three other all-time greats Marquez, Morales and Mayweather scored their signature career wins against him.

I was lucky to have seen him fight live 5 times. He had some of the ******est fans I can remember but they are more online. His fans are person were generally pretty cool.

Yes we all do. Then there is you, kuyukut, spoon23 and a few others in NSB's "Flat Earth" Squad, that pretend Manny won.

he gets my respect for all the obvious reasons...especially the manner in which he told floyd to go f**k himself when floyd was on his bogus ped parade in 2009....

For sure, I've always favored Floyd over Pac, but I gotta love em both, Pacquaio is a 8 weight division champ who started at flyweight ffs, beat the likes of Marquez, Barrera, Morales, Cotto, Mosley, De La Hoya, Hatton, Bradley, etc, etc, gotta give him his props top 25 all time for sure, but I have to Floyd in the top 15
