At the time of the Berto/Floyd fight-Berto was more known than Thurman. berto was a 2 time former champ that had been in a FOTY fight. Thurman was the interim champ.

I also said Berto was an easier fight than Thurman because he was older and more damaged. It gave Floyd the best chance to be undefeated for fight 50.

Now if you can't understand that, then you are simply an idiot. If you want to say he avoided Thurman, fine with me.
im pulling partial post from you because the rest doesnt make sense!!!!

floyd fought berto in sept 2015, is thurman still an interim champ then? so you're saying floyd vs thurman would have done less than floyd vs berto?

so berto is the easier fight, are you implying that floyd could lose to thurman then? because you also said floyd beat them both? see what i mean?

because you are an idiot and are looking for something to complain about, you acted as if I was implying or saying they couldn't. The issue isn't about manning up its about your limited ability to read and comprehend what is posted.
and i never said you did!!! i asked you, if spence and crawford are boxer since you said thurman is more of a boxer so it will be easier for floyd. you still have not answer this. you just keept on saying "i responded to it".

I love Thurman but I think he has a great style for Floyd to beat even today

Floyd isn't coming back to fight anyone in their prime, seriously if he was he would've done so instead of fighting Berto. He deserves the right to pick and choose who he fights if he chooses to fight again. Same for Pacquaio, Cotto, and any boxer over 35. It's a combat sport, not chess, if you put in the work you should have an easy way out of the sport.

I wonder how old Floyd will be when boxing people stop calling him out? Whoever the top welterweights are in 2026, they'll be talking about how a 50 year old Mayweather would struggle with them.

actually he fought berto over the younger prime fighters because berto was a former 2 time champ, also was in a FOTY fight.. at least that's what im hearing on here.

i don't have to get over anything...

the thread is about floyd struggling with thurman, spence, and crawford, and i only pointed out that thurman called out floyd for years when floyd was still fighting competitively...as always, you spin it into something entirely unrelated...
