I'll see you at ringside" - that was the message Klitschko had put together and planned to issue on social media, but it was never released.

Him retiring is the cherry on the top of a cupcake reign, finding solace in surviving a Lil, instead of avenging his L for once, when victory was in his grasp....Weak mentality and I shyt on it, not that I cared to see him on my tv

I'm not sure he's washed.... his last few fights he's been bulked and shredded to death, I felt that was the main issue, he was too bulked to let his hands go.....

Joshua only won because of the long layoff Klitschko had and the fact he was 40 years old!! He didn't beat a prime Klitschko. It's still an accomplishment for AJ. As for Klitschko I think he did the right thing by not taking the rematch even he could have won. No fighter wants to go out the way b hop did smh lol

He almost got AJ out of there in the first fight, I felt he would have KO'd him in a rematch. But he knows whats up with himself physically more than anybody else so I don't question him.

I think the Klitschko brothers are hall of fame. I rate Vitali as the better of the 2, but his nagging injuries from his early kickboxing days held him back in his boxing career.

Beating AJ means he'd have to defend them belts against The Bronze Bomber.

In the end, the man did what was best for his health and his family.

I believe his father was a Soviet General or something like that who was stationed in Kazakhstan. It would be no different if a Brit officer was stationed in Zimbabwe and had a child, wouldn't make the child African.

Class act. Class fighter. Not top 10, but top 20 in my list. Good fighter and champ, bad era to be a champ.

Went out making current #1 HW earn it. Made himself a first ballot HOF fighter.
