No one really cares if Parker steps up, he is irrelevant.

People may not think Wilder is good but they have thought about him and want to see him step up.

One gets shown indifference the other doesn't, indifference is the enemy of a big fight and no one is indifferent on Wilder.
I agree. Fans who follow Boxing on a consistent basis will be more into Joshua-Wilder due to the personalities, casual observers won't really pay much attention to the difference and Joshua's paying fans won't care who it is. But point stands Parker has better credentials up to this point despite being a very average fighter.

I want to see Joshua-Wilder more. I hope and think it happens.

If this is the case, David Haye will probably fight Joseph Parker in 2018!

Anyone who knows boxing knows Wilder at this point. Do you know where casuals form their opinions from on what they want to watch? When boxing fans get excited~you also know what gets casual fans excited impressive looking results~ and who has the results that look impressive it ain't the cat from New Zealand.

Parker does not~ Takam is like any of the fringe guy Wilder beat and Wilder did it better than Parker and Ruiz/Fury are garbage not better than guys Wilder beat once again more impressively. Wilder has beat more fringe guys and done it more impressively, you saying different without actually making the point as to why doesn't hold much weight. Make your point because that doesn't hold up under scrutiny.

I don't get it, that left arm of his is nailed to his hip. The guy gets too excited in the ring and completely neglects his defence, he does that versus a solid counter puncher like Povetkin or Pulev it's light out let alone against a guy like Joshua.

                Never changes.
Who is claiming Wilder is very good to begin with ? Joshua fan boys trying to elevate his standing as so it's a bigger achievement on his résumé ? Peculiar.

Wilder is the second best guy in the division, it's a fact, he's just not very good at all and it shows how poor the state of the division is now Klitschko is 6-7 years removed from his statistical prime and retired as well as Furry imploding now they aren't here to really give AJ a notable opponent to really prove himself against, Wilder I suppose is the closest to a credible opponent and he'll have to suffice.

Nobody believed that, only closet ****'s. All these bandwagoners are nothing more than fücked up, insecure, neurotic, emotional f.ags.

Wilder seems to have a lot of fans on the Internet that swear he's the best Heavyweight that's been around in a long, long time. Apparently Joshua is too scared of him to fight because it's a mismatch. Those are the folks I'm talking about.

For a guy who is not good, there seems to be efforts made to avoid him. Who is the good one then? Klitschko even in his prime was getting knocked down by Samuel Peters and Corrie Sanders, so stop the crap acting as if he was this unbeatable person. Everyone, including AJ, also knew of Wlad's tendency to punch and lean on people, most of whom were shorter than him. When he fought folks as tall or taller than him, he struggled. The problem with most of you is that everything in the past is always better, when in reality it isn't.

I am certain AJ, Wilder and Fury will hold their own in any generation and may be able to dominate. These guys are much bigger than the heavyweights of the past. They are good fighters heading towards the very good. We need more time from time to determine if they can be great as greatness requires longevity.

Further, who knows if former heavyweights were doping or not? Acting like they were unbeatable is just plain ridiculous.
