Choosing Robert Easter over Linares is definitely not what a real boxing fan would consider cherry picking. Linares also doesn’t deserve a 50/50 split that’s actually disrespectful.

I think Mikey is too good for 135,he just beat an accomplished welterweight & destroyed him far worse than Porter did whos now fighting for another belt at ww. I don't know how hed do at ww, but it's actually sad that hes just too damn skilled for 135 or even 140 just like Mayweather/pac.

BS style make fights Linares is much harder style for Miley then Easter RIGHT NOW.I think Easter can be better fighter then Linares at some point BUT not now.And Mikey athough great fighter is NO BIG DRAW.Linares with his fights in UK and others draws pretty close to Mikey whether right or wrong.This is a DUCK.And really doubt Showtime is willing to pay more for Easter then HBO and SHOW would pay for Garcia v Linares.
