How can Hearn guarantee a fight in the Whyte contract? Whyte isn't Joshua, they can't negotiate purses etc for a Joshua fight before he's fought Whyte, because they wouldn't know his value. At the moment he has little value because of his demands would be too great.
Whyte would have had to come to US to fight Wilder and short notice and not the other way around, not that Wilder would fight a convicted ped cheat on short notice anyway, and Eddie Hearn was talking Wilder going to England to fight a nobody. Wilder already agreed to go to England for a Joshua fight, but why the fuuck would he go there for fuucking Whyte?
Let's see how willing Whyte will be now that Wilder's schedule is free. Pedtiz tried to fight Wilder on short notice too in January, Wilder naturally refused, but called him out next and signed the contract. Pedtiz was tryna duck tested by fighting Wilder on short notice just like Pedwhyte is, but these former ped convicts aint getting away that easily.
Ped convicts never change, watch Whyte get popped soon as he signed to fight Wilder. We aint letting these Pedcheats use short notice fights to duck testing.

Let's not forget Ortiz tried to pull this stunt in January too. Wilder wisely rejected him then, and then called him out on full notice and signed to fight him. What happened again? Oh yeah, ped cheat got caught.
Whyte is a ped cheat too, he been caught and suspended before just like Ortiz had been, and just like Ortiz he be tryna fight Wilder on short notice to avoid testing.
Watch him test positive when Wilder decides that he next, cause full notice mean no chance to cycle peds.

When a fighter doesn't do that, then people need to ask why? The only good reason i see for Wilder is he is afraid of losing.
Sure, that makes so much sense.

Fight with AJ is easy to make, Wilder just needs to calm down and find out he is B side.

Wilder can utilise multiple write offs and after doing so his tax would be closer to around 20 %. He can also offset his US taxes through the taxes he pays in the UK so he doesnt have to pay them.
Eddie Hearn has already explained why wilders team have no idea of financials or how the tax break system works. Seems he was correct when he said they hadnt a clue what they were talking about.. :>
