Go watch Bivols previous fights and his progress.

Yes he is definitely top 5 today. The best? No.

    That would still be Kovalev.

Adonis chickensen is the Wilder of LHw, will not fight anyone who is dangerous.

Barrera is good but getting old, Bivol will have the stamina against him, no doubt.

Bivol will grow into a good champion and he does want to fight the top guys. Listen to his interviews.

Btw for the idiots who have not seen a map, half of Russia is located in Asia. Most of population is located in western Russia, ie Europe, but majority of land mass is Asian

        Kovalev doesn't matter

All of these other fighters are contenders

So you can name any of these prospects and say they're potentially best in the division for you (Barrera/Gvozdyk and etc). All of these guys has potential but not resume

And somebody said Max didn't even say that Bivol is the best

which sounds right and nothing wrong with saying it
Bottom Line it is all about going out a PROVING IT! Beating that guy didn't prove ANYTHING other than what we already know about which is that he is a very talented fighter on the rise

Bottom line is nobody proved anything in this weight class and Max was 100% right when he said Bivol is one of the top LHW's but still has to prove it. Just like all these other guys

I mean, you said it's all about proving, isn't it what Max said when he was talking about

I was merely stating what Max said, I didn't give my opinion in my previous comment.
For the record, yes, I agree with Max: Bivol looks like a Top 5 in the division and now needs to go prove it.

I'm not gonna say that Jack ducked him based off 1 round but if Bivol is really the goods, he was probably not worth the risk at the moment for Jack.

He got good power, fight was a bit too short to really take note of much else considering the competition.

                I know

I don't like when people try to overdramatize stuff.

First, it turned out that Max didn't say Bivol is the best

Sicko was talking about proving it and now it turned out Max said Bivol has to be tested....

And all of a sudden Max is an idiot for saying it

                I don't even like Max

Don't get me wrong it's complete bull****, but hopefully the WBA orders him to make a mandatory defense vs. Sullivan Barrera.
Aint his fault Badou Jack pulled a Canyellow and threw his belt into the bin to avoid Bivol.

I agree but he's gotta step up his competition going forward. He's a champion now.
