Duran you are in the top 5 greatest fighters of all time, but a great fighter does not make a for a real good fight expert to pick winners in a fight.

Prime donaire is like 116 lbs. He isnt beating loma, not even close. Loma is at 126-130 now. Loma knocks out donaire brutally

You might be right but people give Loma way to much heat for the Salido fight. He fought the guy in his second fight and was low blowed more than anyone in recent memory. Just saying.

Oh god...Duran sucks at predictions. He's subtly worse than Atlas, because at least Atlas just likes the underdog and basis most of his predictions around the possibility of the underdog winning, Duran actually says these things as his predictions.

I agree that he does get too much heat for that fight considering the dirty tactics and the weight disadvantage. By that same token, I also think he's gotten too much credit for his recent wins vs guys like an inactive walters and rocky martinez etc. Good wins but shouldn't be enough to be on top of some pound for pounds lists just yet imo

I have never seen Rigo hug his opponents and run from them. Show me a fight where he excessively clinches ? Usually its his opponents who are afraid to throw anything at him because they will get their jaws broken.

You’re correct. Rigo does not clinch. And the only time I remember him running was in the second half of the Córdoba fight. Never saw that before or since.

I’d love to believe Roberto is right on this one. I’m not feeling it, but I hope he’s right. Regardless, it’s nice to read these words coming from someone like him.

No surprise Duran's rooting for the old master who's stepping up weight to face a prime fighter who's regarded as one of the p4p best in the world and arguably the most skilled. Similar to himself vs Ray Leonard.
