Stiverne is one of those guys. A bell to bell beating is the next best, attainable option.
hmm no. he just got dropped vs deric rossy. his head is as soft as a newborn babies right now. wilders power is overrated. 1 top 10 fighter he fought and the only guy he wasnt able to ko. level of competition matters. ggg haters always say that yet they love wilder and praise his power punching...at least ggg doesnt fall over when he throws punches

So are you saying Takam punches harder than Stiverne??? Are you saying Takam has better hand speed than Stiverne??? If we were talking about Pulev other than power he has all the advantges on Stiverne, beats both Stiverne and Takam fairly easy, but come on Stiverne would put a beating on Takam and KO him late, Takam would win the early rounds but would get stopped mid-late during the fight, he's not the type of fighter who could get a good win, I agree the stoppage was horrible against Joshua and he could have seen the last bell but he didn't win a single second of the fight

being dropped by Derric Rossy means nothing, he didn't get stopped and came back to win, Cunningham dropped Fury, how come Fury took Wlad's best shots???

leagues above, really? Whos stiverne actually beat that places him above the other fringe level fighters like takam?

I'm not speaking about this resume wise but more in skill wise, Power goes to Stiverne, Hand Speed goes to Stiverne, and so does chin, I think if they were to fight Stiverne would KO Takam late, it was clear in the Joshua fight he wasn't his regular aggressive self because he just wanted to survive and be the guy who made it 12 rounds with Joshua, but if he were to fight Stiverne he would be aggressive and eventually get caught like he did against Povetkin, and I would think Stiverne has more power that Povetkin

oh thats covenient. yes stirverne looks so skillfull vs the bums he fights like areola and rossy.

why would you think that??? guy couldnt even ko deric rossy. what a joke. he stopped 40 year old ray austin in 10 rounds and arreola who is sh-it. povetkin brutally ko'd takam, perez, duhapas, ko'd wach, charr, among others. also povetkin is a much better boxer than stirverne so power doesnt even matter when you suck like stirverne does. takam would never be down on the cards to ray freaking austin or have a draw with a 17-17 fighter. stop overrating the dude cause he beat chris arreola. takam has been in with lots of solid fighters and fought them tooth and nail(cpt joshua) stirverne goes tooth and nail with 17-17 fighers and 40 year old ray austin.

Wonder what the fuss is all about... Stiverne never was a Culturist Freak Adonis, and never will be... I would say that's the best mindset I've seen him for a long time.... Bad news for the Pimp and an upset in the making ...

Quite simply the popular perception is that Stiverne represents a major step up in class compared to Wilder's other opponents; because he didn't knock him out - and if he doesn't knock him at least around en route to a decision-then people will form the opinion Wilder is only capable of KO'íng journeymen.
And, at this point, I'm not convinced Wilder is yet capable of convincingly beating A-level opponents. And we won't get to find out for at least another 6 months as after he decisions Stiverne, he'll go back to being the caricature of a fighter spending his time on social media.

Yeah but remember what happened when Wilder tried windmilling against Stiverne in the first fight:
