    Hard to disagree with ^.

Wilder called him out and Hearns had very few words in return.

They are milking the Joshua cow for all they can and that is obvious!
You want to cherry pick? Wilder ducked Whyte and will continue to do so. Wilder turned down a big pay day to fight Whyte. He's now asking for clauses because he simply doesn't want to fight Whyte he'd rather fight other fighters nobody want to see for 1 mil instead of 4. That's ducking. Windmiller is a ****ing joke.

Does anyone believe anyone is ducking Whyte?

There must be something in the curvature of the earth in the UK that makes this guy just seem like a fierce bad mfer or something cuz this guy has fringe contender written all over him to me. He doesn't suck or anything, but if he is a future title holder that means some other title holder got caught slipping or Hearn or a future promoter bought him a vacant title or something more than anything else.

I just don't get this Whyte hype. Him & Breazeale could probably have a hell of a war doe if I'm playing amateur matchmaker.
Turning down 4 mil to make 1 looks like you seriously don't want to fight to me. Quack quack Wilder.

How can Hearn guarantee that Wilder will fight Joshua next?

There are two fights - Wilder vs Whyte and Joshua vs X (most likely Parker) and the plan is the winners of those fights to face each other in the summer for title unification. There is no guarantee that both Wilder and Joshua will win. What if Whyte wins? Or what happens if Wilder wins and Joshua loses? Then we have a fight between Wilder and X/Parker that does not include Hearn at all.

And then there is the issue with purse and venue negotiations for 4 possible fights. Nobody can guarantee anything.

First Hearn says "if you want Joshua, fight Whyte".

Deontay responds with "I don't need to fight Whyte, but I will if you guarantee AJ is next".

And Hearn says "it doesn't work that way".

Well, if it doesn't work that way, why are you asking Deontay to fight Whyte in the first place?

It's obvious you either hope Dillian can get lucky and remove a serious obstacle from Joshua's path or that Wilder will look so unimpressive in winning that you can badmouth an immediate match in favor of easier fights.

They ask Hearn about Wilder and he talks about mandatories he can easily delay for a unification or a fat, out of shape retired guy that shows almost zero signs of being able to come back.

              Pathetic really...
Either that or get some home cooking going. Clearly somebody told the ref last night to go ahead and stop the fight early. That was a terrible stoppage. I don't want to see Wilder take that kind of risk for a bad decision or a whack referee. It sucks boxing fans have to think that way

Uh, um...it's called a clause that if either loses, the contract is void, duh.

It amazes me as well, this is glaringly obvious. Being from the UK, I am ashsamed of some of these Hearn/Matchroom fanboys. I almost feel sorry for them, they are so brainwashed and deluded by this Sky/Hearn/Matchroom propaganda. I actually quite like AJ and I believe he genuinely wants the Wilder fight, Wilder equally wants the fight also. Unfortunately Eddie Hearn's greed and ego is standing in the way of this fight

I am not saying AJ is afraid, but Hearn works for him.

If you really want the fight, you tell your promoter to make it ASAP
Just as simple as this. AJ is Hearns biggest earner. He does what AJ says. Whyte, Jacobs not so much.
