Loyalty? This is a business. Kovalev treated their relationship like a business so why would you expect loyalty from Jackson?

Sergey was also stiffing JDJ on the money. Agreeing to pay one thing then trying to pay him less after the fight. My momma always told me never quit a job until you got another one lined up. That's what JDJ was doing.

It still was a bad look. ESPECIALLY when your training the guy who is going to fight the other guy. If he was talking to other boxers that would be a lil different and better IMO.

I didn't speculate JDJ didn't get paid. JDJ said Kovalev would agree to pay him one thing then try to pay him less after the fight. He said he'd have to go to Klimas or Main Events to get his money that was promised

Its also a bad look by a boxer to not pay his trainer what was promised. What trainer would want to work for a guy like that? As you see they went and got this guy nobody has heard of because other top trainers know Sergey ain't worth the headache. He's been dropped by two top trainers. They're both still training world class fighters.

Maybe it wasn't his job to pay him??? Do you know his contract?? Typically yes, it's the trainer but still being a disgruntled employee and selling trade secrets is some BS!!!

funny, serg (who I was a fan of) was this monster and no issues with JDJ up until he lost now all these excuses and insults. this guy is as fake as a $3 bill. A real trainer? 2 trainers spoke about this guys disrespect and laziness yet u fans defend it all!
