But NONE said he ain't the REAL deal!!! I'm with you on if he sould STFU and listen to his trainers he could be a HOFamer! Losing to the P4P #1 and 1 time controversial???

My problem is the plan from Ward's 1st fight and 2nd way DIFFERENT!!!! Probably because Jackson sold Kovalov out.

        When did he get beat?

If you took either of those outcomes seriously then you're a silly fellow. He clearly won the 1st fight and the second was a reffing debacle.

We know this for a fact? (not sarcastic, I didn't really follow the story)

Well then, I guess Kovalev will resume "krushing", now that he has a "real" trainer.

Actually, Jackson was schit-talking Krusher before the rematch. If not before the first fight. Jackson wasn't exactly "team Krusher." Probably because Krusher didn't listen to a thing he said.

Krusher needs a reboot, both inside his own stubborn head, and with a trainer.

All the kova nut krushers are still reeling from the second fight...

SOG put dem thangz on kova, now all the kova nut huggers want to blame John David Jackson..

Once he loses to an up and comer, no amount of self pity meditation will bring an epiphany.

A lot going on with Kovalev lately. In most fan's eyes, he definitely won the first fight vs Ward, and was winning #2 til Ward decided to punch his ballz. But that's the past so I won't dwell too much on it. But the background on that series, according to JDJ, was that Kovalev didn't dedicate himself to training hard enough. And we will definitely see if that's the case soon enough. Especially at his age, he has to put in the full training camp full blast, or it's curtains. Especially when you consider the fact he isn't all that great of a boxer. Puncher, yes. Boxer, he's just okay. I'm willing to concede that, even though JDJ is a great trainer, it could've just slowly turned into a bad matchup. And maybe he does better with the trainer speaking Russian. IOW I'm willing to give the guy a break. But if he starts in on any more of this weak training camp biz and whining about and switching trainers again, etc etc, you can stick a fork in the guy, cuz he WILL be done.
