I agree with TheBigLug in most his assessment. I think a guy like BJS makes it difficult for his opponent to look good even if he doesn't look all that much better in the process (like Tyson Fury v Klitschko); he disrupts your offense and flow. The variables are that he's looked poor since he beat Lee (and as I recall he didn't look all that good in that fight after he scored the KDs) and I don't see much dissuading Lemieux and his power. David will try to engage and land thunder for all 12 rounds. If BJS fades or loses concentration and David lands clean, will BJS' whiskers hold up? Then you have the judges and the hometown crowd, if BJS does last 12 will he be rewarded for his awkward style? This is all what makes this fight so compelling IMO.
Saunders is underrated on here. That said, he hasn't looked that good as of late due to inactivity and also it was well known he had been living an awful lifestyle. Maybe that took something away from him too.
At his best, he doesn't look spectacular but he is a difficult fighter to beat. I think he's too skilled for Lemieux. He should win a very clear decision if there's no dodgy scoring. I don't see Lemieux landing anything big on Saunders.Comment

stay focused fanboy
that fight wasnt on hbo dumb ass. it was ppv. which proves my point. out of 10 months of hbo boxing. you could only think of 1 fight and that fight cost 75 dollars.
like i said hbo is finally putting on an important fight.
side note... super fly card was legitLast edited by bluebeam; 10-19-2017, 09:52 AM.Comment

So then there goes another important card fight right there. HBO PPV is still HBO. How dumb can one get? Showtimes biggest event was a total mis match at $100 a pop with one of the ****iest undercards I have ever seen. At least HBO isn't robbing fans blind with that kind of garbage.stay focused fanboy

hbo and ppv arent the same thing ******.
you dont have to have a subscription to hbo in order to watch a hbo ppv idiot.
you have to have a subscription in order to watch fights that come on regular hbo
see the difference?
and what does showtime ppv have to do with anything?
i see you are a network fanboy that wants to debate hbo vs showtime. im not here for that
im pointing out that hbo has been putting on **** matches all year.
how the **** does corrales vs machado headline a hbo dateLast edited by bluebeam; 10-19-2017, 11:25 AM.Comment
