Cards are usually between $2 - 3 million, so that makes sense. The purses were really balanced. Although I think Lara and Charlo's purse should've been flipped.

I just realized that's what the Charlo's keep complaining about lol Lara keeps getting paid more and they've been used to boost his cards.

Exactly they've been providing the excitement as the undercard while being paid less than 500k. Here are the purses for last saturday:

Lara (700k), Gausha (250K)
Charlo (450k), Lubin (225K), Lubin made 100k vs Cota
Hurd (330k), Trout (225K)

My thoughts precisely. Lemieux might look good against B level fighters but BJS has looked like **** against C - Level guys. I think this is a good fight myself and the styles should gel nicely, but Saunders might want to think about the glass houses thing before he opens his gob again.

but the gggroupies will side with lemieux and bash saunders....until saunders signs to fight golovkin then saunders will be an A level fighter and one of the best MWs in the world

If those fighters were getting pay days like some of the top fighters, that card would have never been made for regular HBO. It's easy to make a great card when HBO is only paying less than 1.5 for all 3 cards. Keep in mind that Postol vs Crawford had to be on HBO PPV and that's just one good fight.

Well that is the problem maybe some of these "top fighters" price themselves out of meaningful fights thinking they are worth more than they actually are. So we get all these mismatches and when we get something meaningful "fans" like you still find something to b*tch about. How about we enjoy and applaud the fighters that actually go after real fights and let them worry about their own money or what network they fight for.

I don't know about the rest of Canada, but he definitely has no fans in Quebec! lol
