No it doesn't you idiot. UFC just faced criticism because their ratings are down on FOX and even their worst rating in history on fox is better then almost every PBC on FOX rating including this past weekend. PBC on FS1 rarely even cracks 200k viewers with their cards avg in the 100k viewers. UFC does 1m viewers on FS1 for premilim cards. They are literally not in the same ball park in viewership.

UFC on FOX 25 drew 2M viewers and finishing 1st in sat night 18-49 demo for UFC is considered bad but PBC doing 1.4M and finishing dead last in 18-49 demo to every prime time program except a repeat of Superstore is good? Especially when PBC paid more in purses this weekend then all the UFC cards combined this year?

UFC on Fox 25 drew 2.046 million. According to Nielsen, Fox was the #1 network in all of television Saturday night among A18-49 from 8-10:30pm. The peak was at 2.714 million from 10:00-10:30pm

FOX finished dead last as a network because they aired PBC this weekend.

These numbers are terrible and not in the same league as UFC on FOX ratings.

FOX is not trying to compete in ratings with HBO and Showtime. lol No kidding it will still be top 7 if you compare to boxing on cable and premium cable those channels have a fraction of the viewership of free network channels like FOX. NBC drew 1.4M viewers this weekend by airing rerun episode of sitcom superstore. That 30min show was the ONLY program sat night that PBC beat in ratings and only by a fraction. lol

FOX competes with NBC, CBS, ABC. and they finished dead last as a network virtually every time they air PBC fights. They lose out to networks paying nothing to air reruns and they paying milluons in purses for worse ratings. FOX only airs fights because haymon paid them with timebuys and PBC pays the purses. That expires in Dec when that happens you will not see PBC on FOX anymore just like you don't see it on NBC, Spike or ESPN anymore.

It's been almost 3 years of you criticizing everything associated with PBC aren't you tired yet and yet all they've done is post the best ratings for boxing year after year and the mojority of the best fights

The fact is a couple 126lbers ( a division not to many casuals get excited about ) if you exclude the Demarco fight probably avg nearly 1-7 2.0 million viewers

Another Fact is that it's probably a top 5 viewed boxing telecast for the year

Don't you have a Rosado / Tapia fight to hype ( absolute train wreck ) that will be on Espn and probably be watched by 100k

3 years saying PBC is successful when 1 by 1 every network has dumped the PBC and refuses to give them a TV deal once the time buy ends. FOX has gotten worse ratings then NBC which already dumped them early this year. FOX is the last network and that time buy is up in Dec and you havent heard a peep about them getting a deal. Why is PBC sending dog crap leo and mares mismatches that showtime publically turned down? They sending their top fights back to Showtime and just finishing out the deal with irrelevant fights on FOX because they know it's about to be over. They did the same thing with ESPN and NBC last year ending those deals with crap fights. Besides angering and robbing their investors PBC has nothing to show.

You pretending that this was just 1 PBC card that did bad ratings. No its not it's been a trend on FOX and NBC before that, and really every network that PBC bought time buys on. They don't draw the same ratings as UFC cards that's just a fact spin it however you want to sleep better at night. And whos fault is it that PBC chose to use these bad fights instead of a stacked card for one of his precious network dates? Haymon burned all his pbc money so he can't afford to make better fights on fox and sent them these mismatches this weekend that showtime publically trashed and refused to pay for.

I never said it'd be successful, I'm just a fan so for me I've got by and large good fights that are easily accessible. How is that a bad thing for fan of the sport ?

I don't know if they'll get a deal, I hope they do but it is what it is. But I guess we have to wait and see. I think they did all the time buys to block everyone else from doing it.

PBC got Espn interested enough in boxing that once their time buy ended to bring TR and GB over ( which is a good thing for boxing fans ) and PBC cards are doing better numbers then Top Rank Cards ( Minus PAC-Horn ) and puts on better fights then whatever dog sh.it Golden Boy puts on. I consider myself a pretty hardcore fan and even I rarely watch that sh.it GB put on. Rosado-Tapia , Herrera/Soto Karras , Sam O Sullivan pure f.ucking garbage, talk about wasting a opportunity

You Can't debate the facts that PBC fights for the last 3 years have been the most watched fights and consistently put on the best fights.

You signed up the day after the first PBC event just to sh.it on it and talking about its demise from day 1 but 3 years later it's still here putting up the most watched boxing matches while you sit in your basement complaining about everything

Because “free tv”, even though all of these morons pay for cable or internet.

UFC on FOX does 2 million.

PBC on FOX does 1.5 million.

If PBC gets 75% of what UFC gets on their next TV deal, it's checkmate. So those decrying the ratings are really missing the big picture.
