The back story is fun enough, but it will also show if Conor has the skills to be competitive with a mediocre champ instead of an all time great.

Paulie wants a pay day. I honestly think he would lose to Conor too.

Paulie has never had any punching power. Paulie has less on his punches than Tim Bradley. Not to mention he is way past it and out of shape now.

The reason Floyd got Conor out of there is because he actually has the accuracy and pop needed to put somebody on notice. Paulie has never had that. If he did he would have beaten Adrien Broner years ago.

I'm kind of over it. Wish this as a story would just go away.
