There's nothing humiliating in losing to an ex world champion, and if Conor said he already beat him in sparring, why not do it infront of everyone and get paid millions..

Nobody said they were the real deal, .but if one guy is claiming that he got the better of it, then why not do it again and get paid for it, and plus shut the other guy up once and for all. The point is, Paulie is more popular as a commentator. As a fighter he was never a PPV draw. Conor's name is the only thing that would sell this fight to mostly MMA fans. Most boxing fans don't give a shyt about Paulie. He could never fill an arena and he isn't a draw. He won his titles off nobodies.

Well Paulie has 116.2k followers on instagram, more than the number of people you'll meet in your life time, so it's obvious people do give a shyt about Paulie, including me. And this has nothing to do with who he won the titles from, the fact is that he fought the top fighters in the sport, but that was then and this is now, the fight is marinated because both guys have a big mouth and they now have history together, if you don't care about the fight, then so be it, don't watch it, and don't comment or quote anyone about anything related to it on this website , easy
