BoxingScene.com has been informed by Sean Gibbons, who advises Orlando Salido, that a fight between his boxer and fellow Mexican, WBC super featherweight world champion Miguel Berchelt, has been signed, sealed and delivered for December 9th. Good fight. I wonder if Salido has anything left in the tank. Berchelt has good power and boxing skills but don't like how he leaves his chin up in the air

Damn good fight. Berchelt is in the running for fighter of the year. He destroyed Vargas, outclassed Miura, and is now facing Salido a rugged, and very tough veteran.

If he beats 3 of the Top 5 in the division he deserves to be in the fighter of the year running.

But I will say this if this fight is in Vegas that's a big mistake. This is a Southern California Stub Hub, Fantasy Springs or the Forum fight.
