    Why is Rigondeaux so Underrated?

Rigondeaux may be the most Underrated fighter in history.

    Brb 7x Gold Medalist

Brb the Greatest Amateur boxer to ever live

Brb schooled Prime Donaire who outweighed him by 30 pounds

Brb breaks people's Jaws with single punches

Brb ducked by everyone around him

Brb going up 2 weight divisions to give Loma his ass-whooping

My friend was ringside for a Rigo fight and he says Rigo's punches sounded like bombs exploding.

Freddie Roach called Rigondeaux "probably the greatest talent I had ever seen in my life." And Roach trains Pacquiao.

Arguably the Greatest Amateur ever, in the Pros he is undefeated and breaks people's Jaws with single punches.

Fighters round him flee in terror.

He's in the lower divisions, doesn't act a fool, and is Cuban. If dude was a real black American in higher divisions and coming out on TMZ, you better believe dude would be so much popular. By popularity, media outlets and journalists would write about him to get hits.

Most the time true martial artists don't get appreciated unless they're marketed correctly

He's a lil guy. Most lil guys are unappreciated, but great lil guys are highly underappreciated.

He's Cuban. Cubans are the best boxers on the planet arguably with the smallest fanbase since Cuba is such a separated country from the US & other boxing strongholds.

He's got no one of note backing him all that much or keeping him active. Its a huge loss for boxing & Rigo specifically that he's only had 18 fights in a 8.5yr career & 6 fights in the last 4 years.

Anyone with one of those issues is gonna not be at their biggest height in boxing, but someone with all 3 of those issues will be lucky to get as much attention as Rigo has gotten.

Yea I didn't even mention not speaking English.

Thats a huge mark against him to. I mean the best thing thats happened to his career is hiring some guy to talk sh^t for him on twitter. Everyone who's not getting the attention they want in boxing should be copycatting the f#ck outta that idea.

yea its abit suprising how people think Loma will just own and destroy Rigo
Rigo is far better defensively and is the harder puncher

Its going to be a hard fight but I believe Rigo wins

He isn't active enough against top fighters and he's looked pretty dull against lower level opposition. I don't think anyone denies his talent and skill level...it's just a little disappointing he hasn't done more with it.
