It really is a shame that this fight is a physical mismatch. It could have been a technico-tactical battle for the ages.

I can't get out of my head a picture of Rigondeaux and Bandido Vargas together in 2015 when they fought on the same card when Vargas was super featherweight champion. Rigo looked so small next to him he could have been his son.

It is a classy affair as darius45 said. It's a fight people want to see. It's a fight between two of the best P4P fighters in the world and they made it happen despite weight class. Both are so skilled that P4P, weight class shouldn't play the biggest factor in the outcome. Props to both. They deserve this fight and the sellout. Better than hearing the promotor say "it's not the right time yet...let them both have some breakout victories and it will be even BIGGER in 5 years!
