Kovalev definitely did not turn his back on Ward a couple of times. Only time he had his back to Ward was once, at the start of the 8th, when he was spun round off balance from a clinch and turned away briefly to avoid Ward following through with his head.Comment

Loma ducked Rigo. Rigo wanted them to meet halfway at 124, as both would give up 2lbs. But Loma pussied out and wanted Rigo to give up everything while he didn't give up anything.
Then when Loma moved to 130, again Rigo offered a 50/50 split in weight where they would meet at 126 with Rigo giving up 4lbs and Loma also giving up 4lbs.
Loma's team refused and said 4lbs is too much, Rigo then said okay let's meet at 128 then, I'll give up 6 lbs you give up only 2. Loma still ducked and said they will only make the fight at 130lbs.
They didn't think Rigo would call their bluff but he did, he said okay 130lbs then. Then Loma's team tried to use the purse split to discourage Rigo by offering him a small cut of the purse. But Rigo called kept on calling their bluffs until they had no choice but to take the fight.Comment

It was ok coming on the back of Mayweather Mcgregor but your right I didn't think it was nearly the classic we all hoped for. It's possible Saul can raise he's game he's just got to be more active in the later rounds, Golovkin out worked him and has a great chin, he's unlikely to fade but he's not going to get any better at he's age.Comment

GGG's team been making all sorts of excuses not to fight Charlo since he became the mandatory. He clearly has ever intention of ducking Charlo.

Uh, who cares? There hasn't been a moment in time where the fight with Charlo could have happened, so it's dumb to scream ducking.
Uhhh, the point is, Rigo got offered a fight at 126 and declined, despite the money being right. Loma was already getting ready in camp, but Rigo didn't want to move up.
And why would Loma move down from 130 to 126, Now that Rigo is desperate? That's ******ed. Once you move up and have been acclimated to a weight class, you shouldn't go down, because you never went to cut weight if it involves losing muscle mass. If Rigo was a big name like Floyd that would give him ****** money, then by all means go for it. But, he's not.Last edited by UNBIASED BOXING; 10-07-2017, 08:47 AM.Comment

Although Charlo still hasn't got much of a profile theres no getting out of the fight if he's the mandatory, they're not likely to give the belt to him because that would be the height of hypocrisy. Im not sure why anyone would be afraid of Charlo and why some people seem in awe of him. He looked average versus Trout and beat a chinny Williams. He's last fight he took ages to stop a one legged man. I don't get the fixation with him. Suddenly he's Tommy Hearns around here.Comment
