You can't tell by that only. Then again, I'm just guessing of course. Until now he hasn't been caught, so nobody can really call him a cheater.

But let me ask you: in a world where a thug like Antonio Margarito - who could have killed someone through illegal hand wrapping - is still allowed to make money by fighting, do you really believe that there are so many fighters willing to test their clean self against PED users?

There are some true haters hanging out around here for a fan site. How anyone can twist this into Wilder being happy this fight got called off when he and his team paid to have Stiverne step aside to get the fight in the first place is comical. How others are accusing Wilder of doing steroids when he is passing the same tests that is leading to other fighters getting caught is just irritating. Not a fan of Wilder, fine. Got it. But the guy wanted this fight, was traveling to Alexander Povetkin's home turf to fight him, and generally has tried to step up. He has passed all his VADA tests and has been active. He is entertaining and has wicked KO power. Is he a top level HW? Maybe not. But this fight going to crap is Ortiz fault, not his. Stiverne being his mandatory is the WBC's fault, not his.

Stiverne does not deserve this shot, we all know that. I was going to pick Dominic Breazeale to beat him on the undercard. He is not a worthy #1, not a worthy #2, or even should he be in any sanctioning body's top 10 with his inactivity. But he is the WBC's #1 contender by virtue of the "take three shots of rum and throw the dart at the board" system they use, so get the guy out of the way so Wilder can get to other fights that will mean something.

I don't think he has any excuses in my opinion. The guy been posting videos for months saying he's training for a Wilder fight.

No I don't, I think they're an exception. And Wilder could be one.

I don't subscribe to the belief that every single top level fighter is on PEDs. For instance, I don't think guys like Terence Crawford or Danny Garcia are using. But it was evident that a guy like Lamont Peterson was. Yet, I'd have an apparently clean Crawford over a testosterone laden Peterson any day.

"Screwed up" = taking doctor prescribed medications to prevent a stroke?

Here's Wilder when he found out that the Ortiz fight was off.

when theres a will theres a way, im sure he could have tried harder to push through that fight. On the day of the test result coming out, we had team wilder saying they were looking for new opponents. I will never understand how him not disclosing some doctor prescribed bp medication is a big enough deal to completely stop the fight taking place. Weve seen fights carry on over much bigger hurdles
