The amazing thing to me is that Wilder went to Russia to fight Povetkin. Went around his mandatory to fight Ortiz. Both tested as drug cheats and the WBC cancelled the fights. But somehow Wilder is the one getting the criticism which to me is like watching the Twilight Zone.

Vlad was coming off a loss to a clown...and a LONG layoff...plus....he's tasted defeat before...in the most brutal fashion...in his prime.

Joshua's team doesn't even mention Wilder...so they aren't as confident as you are.

There is nothing high-risk low-reward about Ortiz or Povetkin.

If anything they saw Wilder as high risk and tried to cheat.

The faster more athletic fighter with the better stamina...has the advantage...and that is Wider.
AJ Resume is better than Wilder and Wilder been pro LONGER that is not some made up bias BS that is the TRUTH! 41 year old Wlad>Wilder Resume COMBINED!

Of course AJ Resume is not the best in boxing nobody ever said it was but for his Division and a guy who only been pro 5 years now I would say his Resume is very Solid

Does Wilder needs a step up before stepping in with AJ? Or as a clearly Hardcore Wilder Support are you deep down really just OK with who he has fought so far and feel he is ready for AJ and you will just hope for a Punchers Chance?

I want this fight with both at their very best and it won't be any excuses regardless who wins! That is all I want!

Guys, you have to totally disregard Joshua fans-totally. They have never been able to root for a hvw champion so they don't know how to talk hvw boxing. They barely liked Lewis. The trinket belt holder AJ is a champ in their minds and he just a trinket belt holder. What's the theme. Half as many fights and 41 year old Wlad is what they hang their hat on. Disregard them unless they start talking common sense.

outside of the klitz fights (which wilder tried to get) nobody at HW is really fighting anyone, there simply aren't many big names, anyone who matters is just now establishing themselves. 2018-2019 will be the years of better fights. I don't understand how you all don't get this

Wilder is the king of pretending to want to fight someone and never actually doing it.

All the younger guys have already surpassed him resume wise.
