The world has gone mad, Let me guess Wilder knew Oritz was gonna fail a drug so that is why she signed to fight him.

Correct me if I'm wrong- Wasn't it the WBC who shut this fight down after Ortiz tested positive? Wilder went on record saying the still wanted the fight.

While I'm not blaming Wilder in anyway for guys not filling out Forms for VADA properly nor do I blame him for WBC **** Rankings and them GIVING Stiverne Mandatory Status without him earning it. However missing out on these Step Up matches put him at a huge disadvantage vs AJ not only at the Negotiation Table but also in the RING and that is unfortunate for him! Wilder NEEDS at least 1 good step up before AJ hopefully one of these Top 5-10 guys can pass a damn VADA Drug Test so that we can see how he does!

While AJ has stepped in with Wlad, got Dropped, got up recovered and stopped Wlad. That was a valuable experience for AJ that will only make him better! He is way ahead of Wilder not only outside of the ring in popularity and stardom but also in the ring as well as far as SKILLS and overall Development of a Fighter! This will show when they fight IMO! But I think Wilder would rather lose to AJ making a lot of money than to lose fighting a High Risk Low Reward Fight! Not saying he fears anybody but I think he team around him knows his limits and knows fully what is a good match up for him and what is not! That is all fighters though not just Wilder! Just like Eddie Hearn wanted Pulev for AJ instead of Ortiz!

I don't understand this Miller guy. How by any stretch of the imagination can Wilder be scared of fighting Ortiz when he signed to fight him? And then, Ortiz tests positive for ped, and Wilder asks the WBC to let the fight go ahead anyway. So how is Wilder now scared, if anything the other way around. Mind-boggling. Miller has no common sense, which isn't that common it seems nowadays.

Big Baby is entertaining but he's full of **** completely. I mean how could anyone seriously make this argument. He hates Bombsquad because Deontay put him in the hospital after a sparring session in 'Bama..

Miller reads Boxing Scene and parrots the words of the ignorant. He's not the first fighter that spends a lot of his free time lurking on this forum.

Yup! Ortiz ***ed himself. Not only out of a HUGE fight but now has to PROVE he can safely fight at his advanced age and with his "Medical" condition. He claims he has high blood pressure and had to visit the emergency room at LEAST 1 time for it... If he passes his complete physical. That dont just end there because now boxing commisions are really going to be looking over his physicals from here on out. As well as ring doctors calling his fights wont be giving him the benefit of the doubt if they think about stopping it. Nevada and NY are REALLY tough to get medical waivers on also.

Then he has to pass his tailor made just for him VADA testiing at HIS expense... Ortiz might of just ruined his own career.

                    Come on now.

AJ's resume isn't anything to go nuts over either.

Vlad was coming off a loss to a clown...and a LONG layoff...plus....he's tasted defeat before...in the most brutal fashion...in his prime.

Joshua's team doesn't even mention Wilder...so they aren't as confident as you are.

There is nothing high-risk low-reward about Ortiz or Povetkin.

If anything they saw Wilder as high risk and tried to cheat.

The faster more athletic fighter with the better stamina...has the advantage...and that is Wider.

Miller doesn't know wtf he is talking about. Wilder was still willing to fight , it was the WBC who called it off. If wilder went ahead and fought ortiz anyway he would have been stripped of the title .
