Why do some seem content with wilder vs stiverne?

I just wonder what the case woulda been if he declared that he was taking that medication to begin with.

He'd have filed a TUE & been approved or not. If he'd have been approved the fight woulda been on still obviously. If not he'd likely been guided to looking into taking a prescription for his issue that didn't have a banned substance in it.

Thats my understanding of what goes down typically.
