These provisions shall apply only to the extent that they do not confilct with the terms of this agreement. This provision shall survive termination of this agreement.

oh....does that say procedural rules. What rules could they be talking about?

    5. choice of rules
in conducting testing and results management under this protocol, usada will apply the following rules and principles:
    A. Articles of the code set forth in annex a, which is incorporated by reference into the usada protocol, shall apply in all cases.
I've explained this to your remedial ass a billion times. The contract says what are the SUBSTANTIVE rules for anti-doping. You didn't even know what substantive means and you had to go look it up, you buffoon. Those are the rules that are MOST IMPORTANT for anti-doping. For the full list of the rules, what they are is stated in the USADA protocol, ******.

    YOU BIG DUMMY!

Oh? A doctor that wasn't there and didn't examine him? Then what the actual **** did he include in the file that was Uploaded to WADA?

        2. Not only that, you moron, he said HE WAS DEHYDRATED. And...HE WAS DEHYDRATED. How ****** can you be?

        3. One more time. 4 physicians agreed that he fit the bill for the TUE. You lose.
Oh poor fluid, he was mildly dehydrated, he looked so sick at the weigh in NOT, he was happy, smiling at the weigh in, came in under the weight easily, was drinking fluids afterwards so he could obviously tolerate oral fluids, was checked by the doctor, no problems with blood pressure, no comment about dehydration, but in 2 hours after the weigh in he became so dehydrated that his health was compromised, even after drinking plenty of fluids after getting off the scales, you've got to be ***ing kidding you idiot, no one with half a brain would believe that

Ian McCall was ready to start a brawl at the weigh-in, and they said he could have died. NSAC, after his physical, said he was good to go!

          Thanks for playing, idiot

well then why hasn't the doctor who signed off ever been mentioned, was it Dr FANTOM, Dr INVISIBLE, Dr HOWLONG, why mention a paramedic but not the Dr, so all they need to do is get the Dr to fill in the form with lies and the TUEC rubber stamp it in 1 day, doesn't that seem very quick compared to other cases simpleton, your just a dumb, sucker fanboy

SO THEY "RUBBER STAMPED IT" FOR A FIGHTER THAT THEY DIDN'T EVEN KNOW BECAUSE BY RULE THEY AREN'T GIVEN THE NAME OF THE ATHLETE.

That makes a lot of sense.

OR WAS IT THAT USADA TOLD THE TUEC THAT THEY SHOULD RUBBER STAMP IT AND THEN UPLOAD IT TO WADA AND CONVINCED ALL OF THESE PHYSICIANS THAT UPLOADING THIS FALSE INFORMATION WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA AND NOT RISK THEIR CAREERS? LMAOOOOO.

INSTEAD OF JUST TELLING FLOYD WHEN THEY WERE COMING AND HAVING NO TUE. YOU STILL CAN'T ANSWER THIS, "NUFFY GIMP."

Notice it says without ever seeing the patient, so how hard would it be for a doctor to write up documentation to convince other doctors he was more ill than he actually was, I know you don't work and hang out in the basement all day with your dog collar and leather mask but ask any normal human if they've pulled a sickie and got a doctors certificate for the day off, yet they're not actually ill, you'd believe anything sucker
