Feel sorry for Jackson and Harrison man. Those guys are brilliant boxers but their chins fail them.

Jackson definitely outboxed Charlo for a majority of that fight, and in fact has outboxed every opponent he ever faced. He also has a very good punch, not one punch KO level very decent nonetheless.

I do think Charlo needs a little bit of break for that performance. It was his first fight under Dereck James and Dereck is a completely different trainer to Ronnie Shields.

He looked much better against Hatley and I believe he will be sensational against Lubin as by now he has probably reconciled Dereck's teachings with his own personal style and with the stuff he learned from Shields.

Lubin is also a great talent too so it should be brutal chess match while it lasts.

It makes perfect sense. Golovkin didnt want to get countered on the inside, and Canelo was fighting on the backfoot a lot. It's harder to land and throw meaningful body shots when you're moving away. When you move away and the other guy is coming forward, he usually has his head in front of his body. Fighting on the backfoot and throwing to the body would be like throwing an uppercut from the outside. It's ****** and ineffective against someone who has the boxing IQ that Golovkin does.

GGG was begging for an uppercut all night ! Leaning forward, coming in...Canelo caught him a handful of times, but he needed to really rip one up there!

Canelo needs to step his cardio up. GGG won that fight. Small changes for GGG and Canelo doesn't see the bell in the rematch. Canelo is definitely the better boxer but his stamina keeps him from dominating like he should considering his skill level.

GGG knocks Canelo out in the rematch. But one of the cards at the moment of the KO will still read 118-110 for Alvarez.
