Long ago I had a big tussle with Cipher on NSB. The man is opinionated like the rest of us who have ever posted on here. With that said, the man does talk Boxing when some casual (more than 90% of NSB) isnt antogonizing him. I know who got him banned yet again. Let's just say he's NEVER boxed but does know how to talk about it like a bonafide casual.
