(much closer that the judges had it, but a clear win) My main point is I don't see Canelo beating ggg easily as Hopkins says and anyone who thinks so is being overly hopeful.
You told me the day after the fight you scored it 7-5 Triple g so how the **** is that a clear victory?? A clear victory is the ass whooping Canelo gave Chavez. When you sweep all 12 rounds then that's a clear victory!
When a fighter wins 7 out of 12 rounds then that's not a clear victory! You have one more round going the other way to the guy that won 5 rounds and you got a ****ing draw so how the **** is that a clear victory??? C'mon man, be rational!
I know you know boxing so put the hate to the side and admit it was a close ****ing fight! NEITHER FIGHTER WON CLEARLY!
Most people prefer an aggressive fighter and that's fine and If you feel Triple g won for that reason then fine but just keep it real! It was a great, close fight but neither fighter won clearly!

The Mexican is a side . So it'll happen when the Mexican says it happens...

Hopkins said the same thing prior to the first fight. He has to. He's the Promotor..

If one guy wins 7 rounds clearly and the other guy wins 5 rounds clearly ... that's 7 - 5 and a clear win.

            Wouldn't you agree?

you said 7-5 and I said I had it around the same. Day of the fight I had it 8-4 which was 1 round different from you. Watching it, I could see Canelo potentially winning 5 but I guess you have a different perception of clear victory. Canelo beat Chavez convincingly to me, meaning not even close. Thurman beat Danny garcia to me clearly, but competitively. I think there can be a clear winner in a competitive fight when the rounds that 1 guy wins (whether it be 7 or 8) are convincing. Not sure if it makes sense the way I'm writing it but, the rounds canelo won I think he did so because he won them in spurts with flurries and movement. He never seemed to have complete control in any round The rounds that ggg won to me were convincing because he controlled the majority of the 3 minutes in those rounds and was landing a stiff jab while keeping Canelo on his back foot and somewhat inactive. I think that happened at least in 7 of those roundssnd don't see how those rounds could've gone the other way. Either way, let's see the rematch next and hopefully we get a convincing pac vs Marquez kind of ending.

he lost the first fight but if he gets his stamina up (which seems to be a big if), I too think he will win the 2nd fight easily

Yeah but I didn't see neither guy winning 7 rounds clearly. If either guy had won 7 rounds clearly I don't think there would still be this much debating three weeks after the fight.
