Who are you trying to convince? Easily over 80% of viewers, former and current boxers, and boxing press scored it for GGG. 80%+ on this site too.

When the percentage is that high, then there is no other acceptable outcome.

I don't think that's true though. I think a majority of fans scored GGG-Jacobs for GGG, and I think a majority of fans scored GGG-Canelo for GGG, so that's the difference. There is no double standard here, the consensus is consistent that GGG won both those fights, and for that matter that Kovalev beat Ward, too. It's only a biased subset of fans "on this site" and around the internet, as you say, who view boxing as some sort of racial competition, not a sport, who see all three of those fights, or at least two out of three, the opposite way that a large majority of fans and media did. But all that means is they have an agenda. It doesn't change what happened in the ring.

lil g has two losses in a row now so quit your wanna be journalism out of here & debate truthfully. Get some in the ring boxing experience while your at it cuz your "boxing logic" is ALL F****D UP!

Its funny how most people who thought Canelo won arent even Canelo fans. They just hate GGG so much that they become fans of whoever he fights. I honestly think most Mexicans scored the fight closer than most of the GGG haters.

GGG haters & Ward haters have a alot in common. Discredit the fighter at every oppurtunity. Never give props where it's due. Always making excuses. Always bitter.

Glad to hear that Canelo is anxious to get in there again. Wish it was sooner though. Will be interesting to see adjustments each make.

Canelo will try and avoid the big guns for a while. Middle of 2018 for an older and more vulnerable GGG, which Canelo will probably win by decision.. then maybe an easy fight after that, who knows. Now HBO have Eddie Hearn supposedly mapping out the MW division but what he's actually doing is creating a diversion for Canelo and GB. Jacobs is being softened up by Lemieux and we'll see what pans out.. Canelo will avoid the hard fights for sure.

But Mayweather and Pacquiao winning so many belts is exactly what put them into the category of "guys who don't need belts" They don't need belts because they already have cabinets stuffed full of them in their homes!

Why do you think Canelo targeted an obscure British SWW called Liam Smith and paid him $2million for a fight?
